is counting on (PR ??) Explanation: literally : "is betting on", "is putting its stakes on", but "is counting on" would work best here, I think. Hate to disagree with William, but there are no negative connotations - no idea of being "forced" to do this. As for RP - could be PR, i.e. Public Relations (if RP stands for Relations Publiques). |
