je pense que le mot "social accompaniment" est plus au moins adéquat comme mot traduit, car "social assistance" est plus larage est englobe l'assistane offerte par le service social comme par ex allocation socaile pour les plus démunis.

  -> but when we say social support or social assistane its sound very vaguely. i mean this translation is in the most large sense of the word. Our term to translate is about some thing specific.
