An Anyprofessionfuzzi is a normally derogatory nickname for a professional in that line of work or someone who typifies that profession. Usually only used for professions where the words "show off", "boaster" or "Angeber" could be used. You would probably never hear the expression "Krankenpflegerfuzzi", for example.

Comment: "Thanks to all who responded. The notion of "deregatory" did fit the context, here, but not literally. The person who wrote the message was doing so with the "I have to say it, don't hate me" attitude."

Swiss German?
Maybe 'Fuzzi' is Swiss German of which I admittedly have no knowledge. However, if someone spoke of a "Werbefuzzi" in Germany (where I'm from) I would have taken this simply as "some guy who is working in advertising". We used to refer to our accountant as "der Steuerfuzzi", basically using 'Fuzzi' as a very colloquial (but not derogatory) term.
Hope this helps.

A Werbefuzzi is somebody who works in marketing, and lives and breathes marketing. It is a somewhat derogatory term.
"Da wir uns gestern in Stammtischqualität über so wichtige Dinge wie Schifahren und Tennis unterhalten haben, will ich doch etwas Werbefuzzi-Gesprächsqualität einführen."
Perhaps something like the following will do:
Yesterday we were talking like a bunch of rednecks about important stuff like skiing and tennis; today I would like to raise the level of our conversation to that of the marketing types.
Perhaps you can at least play with this.
