I thought I'd throw this out there. Due date tomorrow 9 a.m., and this sentence is killing me. Maybe some Western Hemisphere types will do me right while I catch a few zzzzzzzzzzzzzzs
This is a factoring agreement and this comes under the section Veritätsgarantien (which I have translated as bona fide guarantee, which doesn't sound right either)
The Verschachtelung is very artful. My problem is what to do with this Vorlieferant, the Vorbehalt and the Einzugsermächtigung and how to piece it together... This is my attempt:
Furthermore, the Company guarantees - that – insofar as the receivables offered in accordance with section 1.2.1 were assigned to BFS in accordance with section 1.2.6 on the basis of an extended retention of title granted to a primary supplier – the Company is authorized to dispose of the receivables as part of its ordinary business activities through direct debit authorization

Retention of title (ROT)
"Extended retention of title" is fine, after that I would used "assigned to" instead of "granted to" (e.g. Extended ROT* Assigned to the supplier in advance. http://www.atradiuscollections.com/private/countryinfo/germa...
Another important thing: in your version you used "primary supplier". This, however, means "Hauptlieferant", "bevorzugter oder Primärliferant".
"Vorlieferant" is "previous/preliminary supplier" or simply "presupplier".
Hope I could help you a bit. This is an...interesting sentence.

Comment: "Thank you Tetyana. Yes this and many other sentences in this translation were VERY interesting. I appreciate your confirmation of extended ROT and accept that it should be assigned not granted."

not sure whether this fits into your context, but the German version with Eigentumsvorbehalt. Hopefully you'll get more help with the rest of the sentence, but this should get the ball rolling/ Good luck!
