Es geht um eine Untersuchung des Augenfundus, dabei wird folgendes festgestellt: "LA: Papille wachsgelb, arterielle Gefäße verengt, Makula mit positivem Wallreflex, perimakuläre Reflexe dezent beaten-bronze-artig, peripher sehr feingliedrige, staubkornartige Hyperpigmentierungen neben fleckförmigen Depigmentierungszonen; ..." LA heißt vermutlich "linkes Auge".
Ist "Wallreflex" dasselbe wie Fovealreflex, also "foveal reflex"? Im Internet habe ich leider nur eine Beschreibung gefunden, dass es sich beim Wallreflex um einen runden Lichtreflex handelt, der bei guten Aufnahmen und bei jungen Menschen zu erkennen ist. Aber wie heißt das Ding auf Englisch?
