Im Slaby-Grossmann steht: técnico dentista. Da es einen offiziellen Meistertitel in Spanien nicht gibt, würde ich den Zusatz "titulación oficial" anschliessen.

En México tampoco existe eso, pues un Meister es quien estudió una maestría de una carrera universitaria y un técnico dental no tiene tantos estudios

El hecho de que el título no exista en España ni en Méjico no significa que haya que escamotearlo. Estamos hablando de Alemania, y allí sí existe. La mención del título es aquí importante para el mensaje del texto. Además, la escala "aprendiz, oficial, maestro" (por ej. obra maestra) es bien conocida en todos los países hispanohablantes.
