Sie widersprach diesem nicht, da die von der Klägerin in dem Schreiben vom 18.11.2008 und dem nachfolgenden Schreiben vom 01.12.2008 genannten Termine auch von ihr- der Klägerin - nicht im Sinne eines **Stehens und Fallens** gemeint sind.
