The Hebrew is ATROCIOUS. Here are some ideas:
A major, disproportionate and totally unreasonable prejudice to the Basic Law: Human Dignity and Liberty. This is a constitutional breach of a statutory fundamental right, and also a breach of enacted statutory duty which is additional as an auxiliary and weighty provision to the existing cause of action which in any event is already based on the law of tort.
