Supplier will charge an additional (extra) 20% interest for late payment.

The surcharge suggested by Ivan is essentially the same - I do not understand the parentheses he is putting in, though. Nevertheless, I prefer the 'additional' or 'extra' as being mor commonly used in this particular context - I think.
