agree Hamo: This reply corresponds to that which I found in my dictionaries for both SOSEI HENKA and TAISEI. If you are writing for a plastic savvy audience, the additional term \"plastic\" as suggested by MNkata is probably unnecessary.

I found 耐塑性変形性 is used in kyocera website. They had English site, too, and it is "plastic deformation resistance".
Another way to say I found is "resistance to plastic deformation".
