standard parts class
The source text says “the parts registerd in the Isis” therefore I think the Isis can be some kind of CSM (Component Supplier Management) system. In parts procurement, a term “standard parts” means that these parts are the catalogue item of parts supplier therefore the price is cheap and the lead time is short compare to the custom parts or the “make-to-order” parts. 標 in the source text stands for 標準, I think.
区 can be short for 区別 and your client have some sort of classification within the standard parts.
To make it sure, I recommend you to consult the client.

: Your phrase makes far better sense. ISIS as Integrated Standardisation Information System? similar to the ISO/IEC Project, but in a different field(still in the making that one: http://metadata-standards.org/11179/)
