「裁判確定日」はちょっと変な感じがします。何故ならば、確定されるのは裁判ではなく、判決ではないでしょうか。但し、離婚裁判の場合は、特に激しい争いが無ければ裁判による調停と言う形で離婚は成立するでしょうね。その意味で上記の通りに提案させて頂きましたので宜しくご検討下さい。
