主任主事はどのように訳したらいいのでしょうか？
Mr. ｘｘｘ, Chief staff member???, Tourism/Exchange Group, Commerce/Industry, and Tourism Section, Planning Department, Rikuzentakata City Government
と訳したのですが、自信がありません。
係長はGroup leader, 主任はChief、主事はstaff memberになるのでしょうか？

URLを見る限りは、千葉県の国際課(?)がそうしてるみたいですね。
でも、注意書きで、英語でそれに相当する好い表現はそもそもないので、そう充てているだけとあります。業務毎には主担当者なんでしょうけど、つまり平（役職なし）ですよね。
あと、wikiで主事を引いたところ、以前は高い役職に用いていたけど、最近では法人・団体でも役職なしの職員をそう表現するとありました。英語にするなら、訳される相手(企業・団体及びその所属部門)と相談の上、適宜好い表現を考える(但し、先方は内部稟議で上長に決済はもらうべきかと)案件の様に思います。
