trim strip
I feel the Norwegian term you are looking for is pyntelist, which is usually trim strip in English. It's often a chrome strip, but nowadays it could be other materials. Pakning list comes across like a misspelled packaging list. w/strip is weatherstrip, a watersealing fixture called tetningslist, sometimes pakningslist.
