Really Cool Foods says it will initially create up to 200 jobs in Cambridge City as it builds a national production and distribution center, with expectations to grow that number to 1,000 jobs over the next seven years. The organic prepared food company says it plans to begin hiring in February and March of next year, with production slated to begin in July of 2008.
