W opisach badań radiologicznych (TK, USG) - stan po usunięciu macicy (Normalnie napisałbym "a history of hysterectomy", ale tu nie chodzi o to, że pacjentka podaje w wywiadzie ten fakt, tylko że radiolog widzi na skanach, że macicy nie ma i na tej podstawie stwierdza wykonaną histerektomię)
