Sorry if this is too basic a query, but Portuguese isn't one of my languages; the text is from a Spanish document about billing in Brazil. It's a heading on an NF-e online tax statement form:
"• Ciência da operação.
El destino informa de que conoce la operación. Evento de carácter temporal puesto que después debería informarse alguno de los siguientes estados.
• Confirmação da operação: Confirma que se recibió la mercancía. Impide que la NF-e sea cancelada.
• Operação não realizada: La operación no se realizó finalmente."
