Portuguese term

EV, antibioterapia para ITU e HBPM para tromboprofilaxia

Portuguese to English Medical Medical: Health Care
From a medical report for a patient, from the following paragraph:
Na consulta externa foi-lhe prescrita Imunoglobulina inespecifica EV, antibioterapia para ITU e HBPM para tromboprofilaxia.
Can anyone help with the abbreviations EV, ITU and HBPM, even if only in Portuguese? This is not really my area and I am a bit stuck.
Thank you in advance for your time and help

Sincerest apologies for this. As I was unaware of the meanings of the abbreviations, I presumed they were related, hence they were posted as one. I did not think this was a "multiple question" and it was not my intention to get away with asking more than one question in a single post. I am really sorry if went against protocol and I would never have done this knowingly. Thanks for pointing it out, I'll try to be more careful in future.

It's better to post your doubts separately. That way, when different answers are proposed you are able to pick the best one for each term. This time you got lucky, but most colleagues don't answer multiple questions.

It was clear to me that you couldn't grasp that these abbreviations were unrelated to each other, so I didn't feel in any sense that you were going against protocol.
