: Severalty este un fel de detinere singulara a proprietatii...disjunction nu are legatura cu disjungerea din povestea de mai sus si nici decline, dupa mine; poti sa decline a case (if a lawyer) or jurisdiction (if a juror) dar aici implica more than that..

: E penal şi declinare de competenţă (procuratură, cred, către parchet) probabil pentru continuarea cercetărilor. Nu cred să meargă claim sau cause of action, iar referral înseamnă doar trimitere.

contextul penal, civil vi-l poate lamuri asker-ul cred, oricum nu m-ati lamurit de ce nu merge claim/cause of action?! referral for settlement, cum am zis, mi se pare clar aici, dat fiind ca se precizeaza inainte ca va fi disjunsa cauza...

Dar chiar trebuie să dau explicaţii?! Eu niciodată nu mi-am permis să le spun altora pe site-ul acesta ce să facă sau cum să facă.

Dar chiar nu contează cine "dispune". Claim şi cause of action sunt termeni specifici proceselor civile. În penal echivalentul este charges.
Referral n-am zis că e total greşit, dar dacă există sintagmă echivalentă de ce să nu o folosim?
Settlement-ul? Oare asta se face la Parchet? Nu înţeleg legătura disjungere - settlement.
