Back again, new day. Rather than "purchase orders" I think "ofertas" refers to "bids", but I still see the option described as whether or not to "issue bids or orders... (which are) awarded/accepted...". Would really need to see the SW interface to get the wording right, but I'd say it's along these lines. Best of luck;)
