I would like to know if anybody knows how 'Funcionario de Rastrillo' translates into English. The term is taken from a Minsitry of the Interior order for prisoner to be released from a Spanish prison and transferred to a British one and appears as follows:

Funcionario de Rastrillo Funcionario de Puerta Principal
