Housing
In a company's articles of association, under the company's purpose:
El estudio, asesoramiento financiero y promoción de inversions inmobiliarias; la construction de viviendas y edificios, tanto de renta libre como de viviendas de promoción official y viviendas a precio tasado.
My translation so far is:
To study, financially assess and promote real estate investments; to construct housing and buildings, both for non-regulated rental and as *** and fixed-price housing.
Any ideas for "viviendas de promoción official"? I wondered if this was some form of subsidised housing.

subsidised housing
'subsidised housing' was my first thought too - even before I had read to the end of the question.

: If this is Spain, it's not state subsidised, as it could be subsidised by the comunidad autonoma
