Cuarta.- PRECIO
El Contratista percibirá del Contratante en contraprestación por la realización de los servicios objeto de este Contrato la cantidad de xx €, IVA excluido, que será referido como el “Precio”, de conformidad con los siguientes hitos de pago:
(a) Una cantidad total de xx € correspondiente al xx% del importe total del Contrato a la firma del presente contrato

Placa here is (solar) panel. I know technically the placa is the plate within the panel but the term is used for the panel itself in practice. I have translated tons of solar energy and in fact have 105,000 words on the subject in my translation queue for next week.
As an afterthought, I say 'receipt' because it is in lowercase. The word recepción also means acceptance, as in the next paragraph but here I incline for simple receipt.

It would be unheard of for the 'plates' to be delivered for assembly of the panels on site.
As an afterthought, I say 'receipt' because it is in lowercase. The word recepción also means acceptance, as in the next paragraph but here I incline for simple receipt.
