"En el marco de" is a weary cliché usually just means "In..." OR "In the area of..." etc.
NB: I wouldn't set much store in the notion that "In this context product is translated as "output"", since "output" is another well worn buzzword borrowed or purloined from more appropriate spheres. Trendy jargon notwithstanding, I understand the sentence as meaning something alog the lines of... "Regarding the learning outcomes of values, which the children will be working on, they will be encouraged to reflect upon the roles..."
