You may certainly word this otherwise, but "recibimiento a prueba" generally refers to the a stage in a proceeding in which the parties submit evidence to be examined in court (Diccionario Básico Jurídico Comares, Granada, 1997: "recibimiento a prueba: fase procesal en la que el juzgado ordena a las partes que propongan la prueba que estimen conveniente en apoyo a sus respectivas pretensiones").
