Spanish term or phrase: desahogar las pruebas confesionales
There are quite a few different options for "desahogar" and "pruebas confesionales" in previous KudoZ entries, but I'm not sure which, if any, are OK here.

From an acta constitutiva for a pharmaceutical company in Jalisco, Mexico.

"Desahogar" is tricky to translate at the best of times; here "desahogar pruebas" and "desahogar audiencias" appear in several similar expressions throughout the paragraph.
It's from the "FACULTADES EN MATERIA LABORAL" in a power-of-attorney.

If I can solve one of these, I should be able to find a solution for all four.

For reference, this is what I have:
Comparecer al desahogo de pruebas confesionales = appear at and introduce admissions (I don't like "appear at... admissions")
[Articular y absolver posiciones] y desahogar las pruebas confesionales en todas sus partes = [serve and answer interrogatories] and introduce admissions at all stages

Not sure about "exhaust"; I went with a variation of "present" evidence. Thank you.

Part of the explanation: For example: In Mexican rules of procedure there are 4 clear stages in a trial and they can be distinguished by the presentation of evidence. There are a number of variations: ofreciemiento de pruebas (offering of evidence), admision de pruebas (admision of evidence), desahogo o recepcion de pruebas (formal admission of evidence) and valoracion de pruebas (weighing of evidence).

GLOSSARY ENTRY (DERIVED FROM QUESTION BELOW)
Spanish term or phrase: desahogo de la prueba confesional
English translation: examination of the parties
Explanation (R. Jowers):
(or) taking testimony from the parties
You do not give enough context to provide an answer for your specific text, but traditionally "prueba confesional" or "confesión" implies taking testimony from the parties to a civil suit, while "prueba testifical" or "testimony" is testimony given by witnesses.
