A little more context would be helpful here, but since it's an inventory list I would suspect that it's a kit for a trans-urethral resection of the prostate (TURP). Is it listed with surgical equipment/supplies?
TURP is often abbreviated in Spanish as TUR (reseccion tras/trans uretral), though it's not my first choice.
