I expect you've looked for FJCA and drawn a blank, and so have I. I think it's very probably a typo for FCIA, and simply means "frecuencia". The C may not be for "cardiaca"; in this context, "cardiaca" would be pretty well redundant, so it would be very surprising if it were omitted. J for I is a fairly plausible misreading (or OCR error), and "FCIA" for "frecuencia" is quite common:
