Clinical Trial Contract
"Suspensión de la vinculación de sujetos, si no se ha completado totalmente la vinculación en el marco del Estudio."
Hi, I'm having difficulty with this phrase in a Colombian clinical trial contract. The clause the sentence is taken from deals with the client's right to seek relief of various kinds if the contractor breaches their obligations. I can't find a definite match for vinculación anywhere, though clearly the meaning is around the client having the right to stop including participants in the trial if they haven't been fully tied in per the terms of the Trial.
It seems like a very simple sentence to be having difficulty with, but I'd appreciate input!

enrollment
I have seen the terms reclutamiento y vinculación paired a lot in Colombian Spanish. I think it refers to recruitment and *enrollment* of subjects in the clinical trial.

(I have opted for En-UK spelling since that's appropriate for my translation)"
