Son, además de auxiliares del comercio, auxiliares del servicio aduanero.-

Como traducción encontré "Customs Transport Agent", pero no me suena para nada (además solamente está así en páginas relacionadas con Argentina).
Y creo que el término en español es exclusivo de Argentina.
Y también encontré "freight forwarder", pero tengo miedo de poner eso y errarle.
Any ideas?

CUSTOMS BROKER
A broker, or agent, who acts on behalf of importers and exporters in the clearance of imported goods through Customs, Quarantine, shipping and other requirements.
FREIGHT FORWARDER
A business or person who arranges shipments for customers usually break bulk and issues a HBL (sea) or HAWB (air). The freight forwarder then consolidates a number of shipments under one BL or AWB. The freight forwarder does not actually carry the cargo or conduct business for the ship.

Customs broker: a firm that represents importers in dealings with Customs. Normally responsible for obtaining and submitting all documents for clearing merchandise through Customs, arranging inland transport, and paying all charges related to these functions.

La terminología específica puede ser distinta según el país, pero en Chile al menos los agentes de aduana (o "agentes de transporte aduanero" en tu país) son quienes desempeñan las funciones que describe tu texto, esto es, representar a su cliente ante la aduana para los trámites legales respectivos. En Chile actúan en calidad de auxiliar de la función pública aduanera. En inglés se denominan "customs brokers", "customs agents" o incluso "customshouse brokers".
