Como "belegte Brötchen" son sandwiches de los pancitos de tamaño común (y más diminutivo no se le puede poner), te propongo "Häppchen" = "bocaditos" (siempre salados) como se sirven en una recepción etc. Con esto está bien claro el tamaño. "Gemischt" para variados.
