And use *property deed* for the *finca registral*... Wow. Try this: 1.) occupancy of the property (evidently a flat Explanation: in this case) per registered housing unit, housing covered by... 2.)appraised (or estimated) value without tenancy 3.) depreciation of property (the minusvalía part) 4.) dotación = allotment (allowance, as in a budget) 5.)novaciones can, in law, refer to remodelling under municipal permit or change of status (residence to office, etc.) All this is linked to the municipal laws which govern housing in Spain, in accordance with which you need permit of occupancy to begin admitting proprietors to their flats, prerequisite to which you need to submit plans approved by the municipality.
