En una escritura de poder general para pleitos, uno de los poderes que se otorga es el de: "pedir, prestar, alzar o cancelar embargos, secuestros y anotaciones preventivas".

Se me ocurre "provisional entry", pero estaría encantado si alguien tiene una sugerencia mejor.
