As one of the ProZ Moderators, I'm taking the liberty of transferring your query to the "Pro" side of KudoZ, in the hope that you may get some answers for the *torino* part of your question there. And, in any case, your query definitely isn't the sort that "Easy" KudoZ questions were set up to help with.

May I suggest that you also repost your query: my transferring it to the Pro side will mean that it will be listed along with other Pro queries, but a new query from *you* is needed for written messages to be sent out to translators signed up to answer Pro questions. These are not necessarily the same people as those signed up to answer the "Easy" category--a lot of translators don't want to be bothered with all the clutter of silly questions that finds its way into the Easy side of KudoZ (folks asking how to say "I love you" in some language, kids wanting their homework done for them, etc.)

Combustóleo = Fuel Oil. Tubo Pitot = Pitot Tube(normaly used to measure air velocity). Quimioluminiscencia = Chemiluminescence. Paramagnético = Paramagnetic. Torina (fem.)= Thoria. Torita = Hydrated Thorium Silicate. Sorry, did not find torino (unless it is the italian city). Ref. Diccionario Politécnico de F.Beigbeder, Simon & Schuster and own experience. Hope it helps.
