What is your civic registration number? Don't forget, [the part] before the last four digits.

personnumer = "civic registration number"
"Everyone in Sweden who is registered with the population census authority or has a tax card is given a ten-digit civic registration number. The first six digits are the year, month and day of birth, the following three are the birth number and the last is a control number." Lexin

Roughly equivalent to Am. Social Security number, but used more thoroughly. I don't know the British equivalent.

The Swedsih apparently asks for the first 6 digits, which are actually just the birth date, YYMMDD.

What is your identity number?

"Identity number" is English(UK).
The competing suggestion is English(US).
The English(RSA) version is:"What is your pass number?" It stems from the time when all non-white were forced to carry a "pass".
