Deploying and Debugging GetProximity
Deploying a table-valued function that uses Web services is more involved than the previous example. The comprehensive steps to deploy a table valued function that uses Web services are as follows:
Configure the project containing the GetProximity function to pre-generate the XML serialization assembly. When the .NET Framework makes Web service calls, it dynamically generates an assembly to handle the serialization and de-serialization of the SOAP XML. This presents a problem because the SQL Server CLR host does not allow assemblies to be dynamically loaded at run time. Therefore, the XML serialization assembly for the Web service calls must be generated at compile time and registered with SQL Server. To pre-generate this assembly from Visual Studio, from the Project menu, click Properties and select Build. Set Generate serialization assembly to On. The XML serialization DLL will be built with your project and added to the bin directory. It is given the name [ProjectName].XmlSerializers.dll.
Add the System.Security.AllowPartiallyTrustedCallers attribute to the assembly. This can be done by adding the following line to AssemblyInfo.cs in the Project:

Security.AllowPartiallyTrustedCallers.

BT MPLS
Companies seeking to maximise their global business opportunities need more than a traditional fixed-office means of accessing the corporate WAN. In the digital networked economy, BT’s global IP Virtual Private Networks (IP VPNs) – based on its Multi Protocol Label Switching platform (BT MPLS) – provide the flexibility, security and resiliency required.
With a BT IP VPN you can securely link your sites through a wide range of options, including DSL access options. Moreover, you can combine voice, video and data on a single platform from a single supplier. It even allows you to create multiple VPNs as an offer to your customers (without having to create an additional circuit).
BT MPLS is also very flexible and efficient because it allows you to prioritise key traffic types. In fact, your business-critical applications are always given the network capacity they need – with you as the ‘gatekeeper’.

English to Russian: Cloud Brokerage Models (ComputeNext Sales Presentation) Detailed field: Marketing / Market Research
Source text - English
Trends
•The evolution and adoption of cloud has been phenomenal and it has created tremendous business opportunities but also Chaos.
•As customers and service providers try to unravel this phenomenon, and as commodization sets in, history shows us that a broker model is inevitable.
•New business models are emerging that will change how customers and providers participate in a brokerage model: we call it the Federated Cloud Ecosystem.
Cloud Service Brokerage
According to NIST:
•A cloud broker is an entity that manages the use, performance and delivery of cloud services, and negotiates relationships between Cloud Providers and Cloud Consumers. The services provided are defined as Intermediation, Aggregation and Arbitrage.
According to Gartner:
•A cloud services brokerage (CSB) plays an intermediary role in cloud computing. CSBs make it easier for organizations to consume and maintain cloud services, particularly when they span multiple providers.
As you can see there are multiple definitions of a cloud brokerage but essentially the core theme is of an intermediary play.
Federated Cloud Ecosystem
•The key to a sustainable cloud brokerage model is implementing compelling use cases compared to traditional brokerage models of buying and selling cloud resources.
•Federated Cloud Ecosystem (FCE) defines a model which enables automated, real time provisioning and transaction. An FCE is a cloud brokerage model that empowers:
•Choice
•Inventory
•Transparency
•The implementation of a transactional FCE model gives birth to a true Cloud Marketplace.

Gartner:
