Source text - English Only since the 1990s, with the autonomous development of the Islamist movement in Turkey, has Bedreddin sought to recapture the hands of leftists in a new context in various publications. The title of the article by Moufid Yuksel published in 1994: "A stolen personality: Sheikh Bedreddin" is typical. Intellectuals of the Islamist movement in Turkey selectively point out, of course, that Bedreddin was not a materialist or a revolutionary, but a prominent lawmaker and theologian and a mystic of Sunni Islam, for whom sources do not confirm that he had any connection with Mubarak. Kurumca öngörülmesine rağmen işletmecilerin ortak yerleşim tarifelerini maliyet esaslı belirlememesi ve bu durumun tespit edilmesi halinde, Kurum ortak yerleşim tarifelerini; maliyetleri, uluslararası uygulamaları ve/veya rayiç bedelleri uygun olduğu ölçüde dikkate alarak belirler.
(3) Radyo ve televizyon yayınlarını da içeren her türlü yayının belirlenmiş emisyon noktalarından yapılabilmesini teminen, ortak anten sistem ve tesisleri kurulması da dahil tesis paylaşımı ve ortak yerleşim ile ilgili usul ve esaslar Kurumca belirlenir. – (1) In instances where any operator constructs his facilities on or under public domain or third parties’ properties or where he is authorized to use such properties or granted the right to expropriation; the Authority, giving due weight to the necessities to the protection of environment, public health and safety, urban and regional planning and the efficient use of resources and considering the factors on competition, may impose obligations on such relevant operator to share his facilities and/or properties with the other operators in return for a reasonable charge.
(2) The Authority may impose obligations on operators to provide any kind of co-location foremost physical co-location for the equipments of other operators within their own facilities in return for a cost-oriented charge. When it is detected that, although stipulated by the Authority the operators do not determine their co-location tariffs on cost-oriented basis, the Authority shall be entitled to determine co-location tariffs reasonably taking into account the costs, international applications and/or current market values.
(3) Procedures and principles pertaining to facility sharing and co-location including the construction of shared antenna systems and facilities shall be regulated by the Authority with a view to ensure broadcasting of all kinds broadcasts including radio and television broadcasts from specified emission points. When required, necessary works and operations regarding shared antenna systems and facilities including the regime of exemption from charges listed in the tariff attached to this Law, shall be executed by the Authority for the aim of promoting implementation. Provisions regarding the construction of electronic communications infrastructure shall also be valid for shared antenna systems and facilities. Within the frame of the Authority regulations; the municipalities, civilian authorities and other public corporations shall be obliged to make due contribution and display any kind of assistance including the provision of properties regarding shared antenna systems and facilities.
