Many years in a variety of roles both with international companies, including Contract Research Organizations (CROs), and IT service providers in the UK and the US. Managed the information technology (IT) department staff, hardware, software, and communications infrastructure to ensure optimum operation and support of business objectives for many European locations such as UK, Italy, France, Spain, Belgium, Germany, Israel and the Russian Federation.
Also in charge of for disaster recovery procedures for these sites. Implementation and maintenance of the Global IT Disaster Recovery Plan which was subject to frequent audits from company clients.
Translated both in-house clinical and I.T. documentation throughout company employment.
