Experienced Greek translator with active working languages Portuguese, English and Greek. BA graduate in Greek Philology from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and a Master's graduate in Classical Literature from the University of London (UCL). My love of languages and my residence in Portugal since 2010 led me to devote myself to the field of Translation, while I also work as a Teacher of Modern Greek to adults. I attended certified seminars on Translation and Linguistic Information Technologies at the Camões Institute and on Subtitling and Audiovisual Translation at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. I´m also certified in teaching modern Greek as a foreign/second language from the Center for the Greek Language in Thessaloniki. I have collaborated with Embassies, Universities and other Portuguese public entities, and also worked on the translation of television scripts. My most recent achievement is the translation of two books of Portuguese poems in Greek, by the Letras Ausentes Publishing House.
