1. A solid state short pulse laser system comprising:
A) a laser crystal;
B) an optical pump arranged to pump said laser crystal;
C) at least two mirror surfaces defining a resonator, said resonator defining a beam path which transits said laser crystal;
D) a first optical shutter installed within said beam path for blocking passage of light in said beam path except for short periods of time, said first optical shutter defining an ON period and an OFF period;
E) a second optical shutter installed within said resonator for blocking the passage of light in said resonator except for periodic sub nanosecond intervals, said intervals being spaced such that during each ON period a light pulse traveling at the speed of light in said resonator is able to make a plurality of transits through said resonator, increasing in intensity on each transit to defined an intensified pulse;
F) an optical release mechanism for periodically releasing intensified pulses from said resonator, said periodically released intensified pulses defining an intensified pulse laser beam.
2. A short pulse laser system as in claim 1, wherein said optical pump comprises at least one laser diode array.
3. A short pulse laser system as in claim 2, wherein said laser diode array is controlled to periodically pump said laser crystal to define periodic pumping periods.
4. A short pulse laser system as in claim 2, wherein said laser diode array is controlled to continuously pump said laser crystal.
5. A short pulse laser system as in claim 1 wherein said laser crystal is a Nd:YAG crystal.
6. A short pulse laser system as in claim 1 wherein said first optical shutter is an acousto-optic Q-switch.
7. A short pulse laser system as in claim 1 wherein said second optical shutter is an acousto-optic mode locker.
8. A short pulse laser system as in claim 1 wherein said optical release mechanism comprises a Pockels cell.
9. A short pulse laser system as in claim 1 wherein said crystal is a Nd:YAG crystal, said first optical shutter is an acousto-optic Q-switch, said second optical shutter is an acousto-optic mode locker and said optical release mechanism comprises a Pockels cell.

F) un mécanisme optique de libération pour libérer périodiquement des impulsions intensifiées dudit résonateur, lesdites impulsions intensifiées libérées périodiquement définissant un faisceau laser à impulsions intensifiées.
2. Un système laser à impulsions courtes selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ladite pompe optique comprend au moins une barrette de diodes laser.
3. Un système laser à impulsions courtes selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que ladite barrette de diodes laser est contrôlée de manière à pomper périodiquement ledit cristal laser pour définir des périodes de pompage périodiques.
4. Un système laser à impulsions courtes selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que ladite barrette de diodes laser est contrôlée de manière à pomper continûment ledit cristal laser.
5. Un système laser à impulsions courtes selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ledit cristal laser est un cristal Nd:YAG.

Bebek doğduktan sonra İV 3 g/kg dozda fentanil İV yapıldı ve isofluran % 1 konsantrasyona çıkartıldı, gerektikçe 0,05 mg/kg dozda vekuronyum ile kas gevşemesi idame ettirildi.
İkinci gruptaki olgulara ise 500 mL RL infüzyonu yapıldıktan sonra oturur pozisyonda L3-4 veya L4-5 aralığından 22 G "Whitacre" spinal iğne ile girilerek serbest BOS akışı görüldükten sonra % 0,5'lik "heavy bupivacaine"den 2,5 mL (12,5 mg) intratekal aralığa verildi.
Duyusal blok T6 seviyesine ulaştığı zaman ameliyatın başlamasına izin verildi.
