a ride is possible as well, in case you're satisfied with the "achterrekje" seat of my bike. I guess Lina wants to leave at the same time for Germany, and we're used to take a stroll to the free (?) parking lot at the corner Europaweg / Sontweg.
Steenhouwerskade-CS is about 800 m.

sorry for the uncertainty, but I've been off-office for some days. As to the afternoon programme, I'm talking it over with local people. The dinner location is for sure: 17:30 at Steenhouwerskade 9 (see Google Maps or Happietaria's own page: http://www.happietaria.nl/groningen (look at locatie).

Re coffee: it's been ages since I last visited Groningen (apart from family visits), but there used to be a nice café called De Drie Gezusters, at the Grote Markt. Perhaps it's still there?
