Becky is a great instructor. She knows very well how to Show and teach to the people. She did her best to explain all the points in this training in 3 hours!!!

I thing Proz and SDL should think about how to design a new online training during 2 sessions for each tool.

(Ex: One theorical session in the morning+ one practical session in the afternoon)

With this new training option, people can increase their learning efficiency.
