Prepare for ProZ.com's two day 2015 virtual event


1. Make sure your event registration form, and event biography, are complete.

    Go to the My data tab, to check the information that will be visible to all attendees. Be sure to update your bio and event message!

2. Set up your computer and webcam for voice & video chat.

    You will be able to chat, talk & video call with other attendees during focus groups and the virtual powwow, so be sure to set up and have your webcam ready. Please note: Adobe Flash Player Version 10.1.82 or higher is required to access the virtual powwows and focus groups.  To download the latest version of Adobe Flash Player go to:http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/

3. Review the scheduled sessions and speakers, and decide which topics most interest you & set your local time zone conversion.

    Go to the Sessions tab, and review the scheduled events, adding them to your calendar so you won't miss them on September 29th. You can even submit questions ahead of time for presenters.

    Set your local time zone so that all program/session times will be in your local time zone

4. Review the event programs, set your personal schedule and submit questions for speakers ahead of time.

      Click below to access the event schedule for each day of the series. Attendees are able to add sessions to their calendar so you won't miss them. There are also on-demand presentations that will be available throughout each day. You can even submit questions ahead of time to presenters via each of the individual session pages.

5. Browse the list of attendees.

    You can browse the list of registrants, searching for people by name, country and company fields. Read the bios and messages, and interests expressed, to get a feel for the type of people you can meet and interact with on the day of the event. Don't forget to enter your own bio and message.

6. Tell a friend.

    If you like the idea of this virtual event, spread the word. By bringing in more attendees the experience will be enriched for all. Possibilities include:
