Since this is becoming a CafeTran thread now, I've decided to continue in the CafeTran forum.
Besides the suggestions already given, I'd like to point out the possibility to use regular expressions to replace several incorrect words at once. For this, you have to tick the checkbox Regular expression and to separate the individual words with vertical bars (pipes):
The second tip is to filter on incorrect (or outdated etc.) words and to either delete the matching segments via the Task menu with Remove filtered TUs or to extract them first to a new TMX file.
First filter on "outdated product":
Then collect all matching segments in a new TM:
Though I didn't test it, I think that it should also be possible to filter on TU attributes (properties) and to delete or extract the matching TUs (segments).
