The only other context I can give are the other headings under "assets". e.g.
Current Assets:
Debtors
Accounts receivable...thats the only info I have.
I thought it was a special accounting term, but it seems to be non-standard, hence the question..

Prepaid expenses

they are shown as assets if the prepaid expense covers more than one period...PC
