En un contrato de servicios, en la sección de "servicios, estándares de desempeño":

"Services. Company hereby appoints and retains Contractor, and Contractor hereby accepts such appointment, to provide the following technical services and support as and when requested by Company (the "services"), in accordance with the terms and conditions of this agreement:

(i) **revïew and consult with Company regarding**, and update, the operation and maintenance manual, both in English and Spanish;

(ii) **review and consult with Company regarding**, and update, the annual operating plan and five-year plan prepared by Company;

(iii) **review and consult with Company regarding**, and update, the list of spare parts, supplies and tools required for teh Facilities;..."

Mi principal problema es con "company regarding". También tengo dudas con consult que no parece querer decir consultar, sino brindar consultoría. ¿Me pueden ayudar a aclarar mis dudas? TIA
