Nome de uva não se traduz. É "Cabernet Sauvignon", "Folle Blanche", "Tinta Roriz", "Pinot Noir" etçetera e "Tempranillo".

Mas essa casta também é conhecida em Portugal como "Aragonez" no Alentejo e "Tinta Roriz" no Douro. Veja aqui: http://www.quinta-do-cotto.pt/uk/castas_QC_03uk.asp. Agora, fiquei na dúvida. Mas acho que, se for em referência a um vinho espanhol, deve-se manter o nome espanhol.
E "etcétera", obviamente, escreve-se com acento no "e", não no "c"...
