Contesto: una coppia canadese sta vendendo la sua casa attuale per acquistarne una + grande.
... after living in this house for 20 years, we have decided to sell it and move close to the beach, so it has been very stressful, especially as we committed to the other house before we sold this one. We leave this house at the end of April, but we can move into our new beach house on 10 March – costing a fortune for "bridging finance", but it's okay.
Cosa intendono qui con "bridiging finance", "mettere insieme/raccimolare i soldi" (necessari per l'acquisto della nuova casa) o tutt'altro ? Grz !
