(more a rewrite than a translation) Explanation: I don't think you can get the feeling of this without departing considerably from the literal translation. Maybe I can't get it anyway, but here's my effort: To impart explanatory information to those of no fixed abode, and to make provision for their departure en masse to summer working-holiday camps (picking strawberries, potatoes, onions etc.,), where every comfort will be provided for them. |
