: Sorry, but these documents are NOTHING to do with H&S in the standard, accepted sense; these are VERY SPECIFIC documents about a specific, narrow range of 'health' hazards, and it is complete over-interpretation to call it H&S

Health and safety are very related to one another (health = safety to some degree). I understand your point of view, Dusty, but I don't think it merits a disagree. Thanks again for your input.

This comes a long time after this question was closed, but while searching for a suitable translation for "Carnet Sanitaire" for the manufacture of tapware, I came across "water hygiene control logbook" in the link below which seems to fit the bill. Thought it might be useful to someone!
